So happy I found emBODY! I’ve been struggling to get back into working out after my baby and have really been enjoying this program. I wasn't expecting to use the audios but am finding that they are helping me feel more balanced, clear and motivated at work & home. The embody fitness exercises are challenging and the audios get me feeling back to myself, in the best way! I feel great after each workout and stronger every day. Thank you, Emily!
